Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Purely Engraved for your personalized gifting needs. We take great pride in creating custom, handcrafted products that are made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have a no return policy.

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and personalized, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place because each product is uniquely crafted for each customer, making it impossible to resell or reuse the item.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or if there is an issue with the product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
